Meet
Lynda Honing 
​​Reiki Master and Massage Specialist

For over 40 years, Lynda Honing has dedicated her life to movement and mastery—competing in marathons, triathlons, long-distance cycling events, karate, and dance competitions.
Her athletic journey began after a serious car accident at age 19, when her doctor encouraged her to rebuild her strength through physical activity. What started as rehabilitation soon became a lifelong passion for fitness, resilience, and the wisdom of the body.

Through decades of competition and study, Lynda has developed an in-depth understanding of the physical body—its power, limitations, and incredible ability to heal. Her own experiences with pain and injury led her to explore a wide range of healing modalities, deepening her commitment to holistic well-being.

Lynda's passion and mission is to help facilitate healing in others, whether from personal injury, separation, transitions,  stress or just needing some love and attention. You will find a balanced life if you are faithful to yourself and your daily healing rituals.
