Lynda will help you find the balance in your everyday life! Her treatments are tailored to help create healing within your body mind and soul. She has a background in Reiki, massage, facilitated stretching, aromatherapy, cancer prevention and most recently has become a yoga teacher. She has been as athlete for the past 30 years competing in marathons, triathlons, long distance cycling and dance competitions. Her understanding of the physical body through life experience is extensive. She has also suffered personal injury through multiply car accidents enabling her to fully understand suffering and healing.
Makenzy has been raised in an environment of health and wellness. His understanding of fitness, prevention, longevity, injury and recovery is extensive. As a graduate of WCCMT Makenzy will be able to assist you in your health and fitness goals. His knowledge of the human body gives him the ability to correct dysfunctions and promote healing.
The Urban Oasis has 2 treatment rooms nestled in a stunning garden setting. We have 3 private patios for you to enjoy the tranquility and stillness needed to replenish your body mind & soul. We welcome you to linger while enjoying a complimentary cup of tea and perhaps you can spend some time journaling, reading or just sitting and being.
